Abstract
A report released recently by the U.S. Public Interest Research Group says that 13 sewage plants and four oil terminals in Maine violated the federal Clean Water Act between October 1991 and September 1992. South Portland, Bath, Thomaston and Rockland were among the municipalities registering violations.
