Abstract

Superior Court justice Donald Alexander sentenced Michael Roy of Lewiston to four years probation on a two-year suspended sentence after Roy was found guilty of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon. Roy was shot by a Lewiston police officer after Roy brandished a pair of steak knives during an incident in August 1991. Details.
