Abstract

"Maine Voices" piece by Donald L. Jones, a member of the Wiscasset Comprehensive Planning and Land Use Committee, on Wiscasset's need for a bypass highway. Jones writes in response to a recent column by Bruce Hammond of the Maine Natural Resources Council which discussed the recently completed Route 1 Mid-Coast Transportation Study.
