Abstract

A consortium of five banks has announced it will make a $710,000 loan to the Maine Narrow Gauge Railroad Co. and Museum, and museum president Phineas Sprague Jr. said that with financing now in place he will try to close the deal to buy the historic Edaville Railroad collection from its current owner.
