Abstract

The committee overseeing the renovation of the Portland City Hall Auditorium endorsed "Scheme Z," a plan which will save the balconies but increase project costs by some $1.8 million. Daniel R. Tishman, senior vice president of Tishman Construction Corp. of Massachusetts, is expected to be named construction manager for the project. Details.
