Abstract
The South Portland City Council is expected to make a decision tomorrow on whether or not to repeal the city's new obscenity law. If the council votes to repeal the law, the matter will then go a a council meeting of September 20 for a public hearing and a final vote. If the obscenity law is not repealed, it will most likely go to voters in a referendum in November.
