Abstract

Richard J. Hodgdon, 25, of East Baldwin, was released from the Cumberland County Jail after officials determined the fatal shooting he was involved in was a justified use of deadly force. Hodgdon shot and killed Harold J. Harris, 27, of Westbrook Sunday evening during an altercation outside Hodgdon's home. Details.
