Abstract

The state Attorney General's Office has filed a civil rights suit against Thomas J. Lengieza, 22, of Middleburg Heights, Ohio, and James Miezin, 23, of Parma, Ohio, for an April 16 attack on Terrence Mihill, 44, of Portland, and his son Terrance Wakefield, 26, of Kennebunk. The attack allegedly occurred because the two Ohio men believed Mihill and Wakefield to be gay, which they are not.
