Abstract

Michael Wormwood, 24, has filed a lawsuit in Cumberland County Superior Court seeking compensation from four youths who shouted anti-gay epithets and beat him last Christmas Eve outside a Forest Avenue nightclub. The parents of the four youths were also named in the suit, which seeks an undisclosed amount of compensation for medical expenses and the emotional scars left by the attack.
