Abstract

Editorial praising the worker's comnpensation reforms enacted by the Legislature in the fall of 1992. The writer notes that there was a 32 percent decline in injury reports in the first six months of this year, compared with the same period last year. John Leonard, president of the Maine Employers' Mutual Insurance Co., believes the new system is a winner.
