Abstract

Marjorie A. Martin, 68, of Oxford, has decided to sue attorneys Jeffrey M. Sullivan, Ricky L. Brunette, and Jeffrey Rosenblatt, whom she paid more than $10,000 on legal fees for representation in what she considered an easily winnable case involving a land dispute with John B. Robinson, a wealthy Oxford mill owner. To her dismay, she lost her land and her money without ever getting her day in court. Boston attorney Valeriano Diviacchi, who specializes in legal malpractice cases, now represents her. Details.
