Superior Court justice Paul A. Fritzsche yesterday sentenced Deborah Allanch, the wife of Westbrook's police chief, to serve six months in jail for having violated the terms of her probation on January 10, when she led Westbrook police on a high-speed chase, the third in which she has been involved since 1991.
