Abstract

Brief article reporting that the families of Joseph Packard, Thomas Curlew and Marjorie and Kendra Salazar have settled out of court the lawsuits filed in the wake of the December 2, 1992, Munjoy Hill apartment house fire. The lawsuits were filed against the owners and managers of the building at 215 Congress Street.
