Abstract

Leon D. Libby of Gorham has filed suit against Gorham Connection, alleging that the bar negligently served alcohol to Timothy Aiken just minutes before Aiken swerved over the center line and caused an accident resulting in the death of Libby's wife, Caroline. Aiken, whose blood-alcohol level was .15, died from injuries sustained in the August 6 accident.
