Portland City Councilor Peter O'Donnell, state representative Anne M. Rand and former state representative Richard A. Spencer have all confirmed that they will seek the Democratic nomination for the Senate District 30 seat currently held by Gerard P. Conley Jr. Conley, who has not announced that he will not seek re-election, has apparently not discouraged the three candidates from campaigning. Details.
