Edin Mehinovic, 14, arrived in Portland for medical treatment Thursday after travelling from Sarajevo, Bosnia. Mehinovic, whose legs are paralyzed as the result of a grenade explosion, is the third wounded Bosnian youth brought to Maine by the group Veterans for Peace. Details.
