Abstract

Property values fell 5 percent in York County and 4.1 percent in Cumberland County, compared to a 1.9 percent statewide decrease. The figures should translate into larger state education subsidies for those counties, as well as Knox and Sagadahoc counties, which also had decreases above the state average.
