Abstract

Albert L. and Ruth E. Swanson of Gray have filed suit in Cumberland County Superior Court against the Rev. Maurice N. Morin and the Roman Catholic Diocese of Maine seeking undisclosed damages for emotional pain and the cost of therapy and counseling. The Swansons allege that Morin betrayed their trust by initiating an affair with Mrs. Swanson while Morin was counseling her during marital troubles. Details.
