The South Portland City Council will on Monday decide the fate of the dam in Clark's Pond, which is in need of repairs estimated at $22,000. City officials see the man-made pond, built 90 years ago by the Portland Sebago Ice Co. for the purpose of harvesting ice, becoming the centerpiece of a muncipal park. Details.
