Secretary of the Navy John Dalton on Friday authorized cutting two of the Navy's 18 P-3 squadrons, but neither of those will be from the Brunswick Naval Air Station. The Brunswick base is home to five P-3 squadrons, and losing one of them would have made it more vulnerable to closure. Details.
