Abstract

Florida authorities have issued an arrest warrant for Wanda Mary Normile, 21, of Westbrook, for allegedly allowing her brother to beat her in order to make a rape report seem authentic. Normile filed a lawsuit seeking damages after claiming she was attacked at Walt Disney World's Caribbean Beach Resort Hotel last Halloween. Details.
