Abstract

Trustees of the Cumberland County Civic Center voted unanimously Friday to reject private management proposals from Centre Management of Landover, Md., and Ogden Entertainment Services of Rosemont, Ill., the only two bidders despite a national advertisement campaign seeking management proposals. The rejections mean the center will continue to be managed by a volunteer board of trustees and a full-time general manager. Details.
