Abstract

Contractors will break ground next week on the York-Cumberland Housing Management Corp.'s 46-acre, 25-home Collyer Brook affordable housing project in Gray. The project was nearly derailed when an application for a $400,000 Community Development block grant was denied in July, but was saved when the Maine State Housing Authority converted a $250,000 loan into a grant.
