Abstract

WCSH-TV is asking that Public Cable Co. pay it 25 cents per subscriber per month, or an estimated $170,000 a year, for the right to broadcast the station's signal. Public Cable's parent company, Time Warner Cable, reiterated Friday that Public Cable does not have the authority to make a cash arrangement. Details.
