Abstract

The Portland City Council on Monday will be asked to approve a lease and accompanying ordinance which will prohibit street vendors from operating near Hadlock Field during the baseball season. The prohibition on street vending is included in a section of the lease that gives the Sea Dogs baseball team exclusive rights to operate or rent concessions in the stadium. Details.
