Abstract

Lincoln Pulp and Paper Co. in Lincoln and Eastern Fine Paper Co. in Brewer both manufacture recycled paper using sawdust and are concerned that the federal government will not consider sawdust as "post-consumer waste" and applicable to the government's recycled content requirement. The White House recently proposed changing the federal government's standards for recycled paper. Details.
