Abstract

The city of Bangor has agreed to join Portland in the latter's class-action suit which seeks to guarantee state services for Mainers with mental disabilities. The suit, brought against Gov. McKernan and other state officials, has also been joined by Cumberland County, the Maine Coalition of the Homeless, and various other parties. Related stories.
