Abstract

A tentative agreement between Recoll Management Corp. and the Liberty Group will give the latter ten months to refinance the loan on Oxford Plains Speedway. The agreement comes at the same time that the town of Oxford is threatening to take over the raceway unless it receives more than $35,000 in delinquent 1991 taxes prior to November 22. Details.
