Brief article reporting that voters in Duke's Rotary Barbershop poll voted 70-38 in favor of term limits for state legislators and top state officials. Marshall "Duke" Dulac has been polling his customers since 1974, and his poll was the only one to predict the 1974 gubernatorial victory of independent James Longley.
