Abstract

York County District Attorney Michael Cantara is recommending that David Rocheleau, 37, of Wells, be sentenced to 12 years in prison for the August 1992 death of bicyclist Scott Hugo, 32, of Kennebunk. Rocheleau pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter in Hugo's death and was to be sentenced to seven years in prison, but additional charges incurred while he was out on bail prompted Cantara to recommend the longer sentence.
