Abstract

Justice Roland A. Cole yesterday sentenced Susan Cole, 38, of Yarmouth to spend 30 days and jail and to repay $100,000 she had embezzled from Shaw's supermarkets. Cole, who worked in the company's northern regional office in South Portland, was fired from her position of office manager in May 1992 after her embezzlement scheme was discovered. She had worked for the company for 14 years.
