Abstract
Albert A. DiMillo Jr., chief tax officer for Bath Iron Works, was forced to resign by BIW President Duane Fitzgerald because of a newspaper article he wrote in The Times Record criticizing Bath Assessor Michael Austin. DiMillo, 39, also criticized Bath resident William Truesdell in the article, which he apparently wrote in response to several letters Truesdell had written to the editor of The Times Record. Details.
