Abstract

Tammy Andrews, 24, of Sanford is angry because John Paul L'Heureux, a man who beat her and ran over her with a car on September 8, 1991, could be free in 27 months. L'Heureux was sentenced to four years in prison after being allowed to plead guilty to aggravated assault. The state could not make a case for attempted murder.
