Abstract

Long article about Portland's Hotel Everett on Oak Street, which was built around the turn of the century and is the last of the city's small hotels. Bought in 1989 by Nick and Lola Kampf of Congress Properties, the Chicago-style, walk-up hotel has undergone some renovations and refurbishings.
