Abstract

Peter Coburn, 57, of Sanford, an employee of R.B. Allen Co. Inc. of North Hampton, N.H., has had all charges dropped against him in a case in which he was accused of impersonating a public servant. Coburn had been inspecting a fire alarm system at a local store for Sanford's fire alarm superintendent when he was arrested.
