Abstract

George S. Bouchles, 40, of Greene is due for a clemency hearing on a 1983 drug-trafficking conviction. Bouchles' chances of getting a pardon are considered slight because he is the son of Olympia Snowe's half-brother. Snowe is married to Gov. John McKernan who would have to sign the pardon.
