Abstract

Students at Portland's West School, home of the Pupil Rehabilitation and Education Program for potential dropouts, are taking part in a hands-on approach to help them prepare for the future. Ten of the students have started their own business venture, P.W. Colors, which hopes to manufacture and market wearable-art T-shirts.
