Abstract

In what is alleged to be the first meeting of its kind in the nation, about 175 supporters of Ross Perot's Maine chapter of United We Stand America held an organizational meeting yesterday at Deering High School to establish a formal structure, including committees and bylaws. A similar meeting will be held in Bangor tomorrow. With a long, related article analyzing the meeting and the Perot organization.
