Abstract
Kenneth Allen, former top aide to House Speaker John L. Martin, received a 365 day sentence with all but 25 days suspended for his part in the ballot-tampering scandal of last fall. Michael Flood of Augusta will not serve any jail time for his role in the affair, but must, along with Allen, pay restitution. Related stories on Allen and Flood.
