Abstract

The Portland Housing Authority voted unanimously to fight a National Rifle Association lawsuit challenging the authority's policy which bans the possession of firearms by PHA tenants. The NRA filed the lawsuit on behalf of two unnamed tenants, claiming the policy violates Maine's constitution.
