Abstract

The Portland Planning Board reviewed the city's proposal for the refitting of Hadlock Field and advanced the plan to a public hearing to be held in February. The $1.5 million project, which will provide a home for Portland's new, as-yet unnamed Double-A baseball team could get underway in the spring.
