Abstract

The Westbrook School Committee will be asked to adopt the Confined Academic Motivation Program to more efficiently deal with unruly junior high students. The program, used in Bath schools, should reduce disruptiveness and allow the school's top administrators to attend to their duties instead of babysitting troublemakers.
