Abstract
Officials of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency met with staff of the Portland Water District to discuss trucking toxic waste-water from the Saco Tannery Pits dump cleanup in Saco to the district's sewage treatment plant in Portland, abandoning earlier plans that called for discharging the waste-water into Saco's Stuart Brook.
