Abstract

Kennebec County Probate Judge James E. Mitchell has ruled that Anne Marie Barry of Newtonville, Mass., the mother of recent fire victim Robert Barry, of Manchester, should have custody of the remains of her son and grandaughter. Robert Barry and his 13-year-old daughter were shot by his wife, Carol Barry, before she set their Manchester home on fire and committed suicide.
