Abstract

The Public Utilities Commission and the state Office of Public Advocate have filed an appeal on behalf of Central Maine Power Co. (CMP) in its tax battle with the town of Moscow, which assessed CMP's W.S. Wyman Hydroelectric Project at $49 million. CMP says the amount is too much.
