Abstract

Long article discussing the impact political redistricting will have on Maine. Northern York and western Cumberland counties will gain political clout, while Aroostook and Washington counties will lose. Redistricting, required every ten years, will reshape the state's congressional, legislative and county commissioner districts to reflect population shifts.
