Abstract

Mark Lorello, a South Portland Pollution Abatement Department supervisor, has been suspended without pay for four weeks for allowing city worker David Bernard to keep a city-owned backhoe at his home in Scarborough for nearly a year. Bernard quit his job when confronted about the incident.
