Abstract

The town of Brunswick is installing a mixed-fuel boiler as one of two systems at the new high school under construction and is studying whether it will be worthwhile to buy equipment to create paper pellets to feed the boilers. Although no cost estimates on the equipment are available, burning the paper would reduce trash disposal and energy costs and extend the life of the landfill. Details.
