Last month's decision by the U.S. Office of Management and Budget to include five York County towns in the new Boston-centered Metropolitan Statistical Area will have little effect on the communities. Kittery, York, Eliot, Berwick and South Berwick are now included in the expanded Boston Metropolitan Area. Details.
