Abstract

Healthsource Maine Inc., the state's largest for-profit health maintenance organization, has plans to build an office complex in Freeport that would eventually employ up to 400 people. The project may depend on the town coming up with $2.7 million to extnd sewer and water lines to the property, which consists of 20 acreas off Route 1 across from Old County Road. Details.
